The conclusion of the activities of the final stage of the third session 2021 of the Misr Al-Khair Award for Leadership in Charitable and Sustainable Development Giving

Today, the associations and community initiatives that were advanced to the final stage concluded their presentations before the judging committee, numbering (23) associations and community initiatives. During the meeting, the judging committee discussed the associations and initiatives in the nominated projects about the social impact of the project and its relationship to sustainable development. It is worth noting that the theme of the third session of the award 2021 is the third goal of the Sustainable Development Goals, which is concerned with good health and well-being. The jury was formed by a number of public figures and pioneers of civil society work, namely: Prof. Dr. Iqbal Al-Samalouti Chairman of the arbitration committee, supervisor of the award, and member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. A. Ayman Abdel Mawjoud Assistant Minister of Social Solidarity for Civil Society Institutions Affairs Dr. Talaat Abdel Qawi President of the General Union of Civil Associations and member of the House of Representatives Dr. Mahmoud Muslim General Manager of the Content Development System for the Group’s Channels at the United Media Services Company and Member of the House of Representatives A. Verse Abu Hadid Representative of the United Nations Development Program - Egypt Office D. Muhammad Al-Naghi Consultant pediatrician, member of the Board of Directors of the Harvard University Alumni Association - and expert in sustainable development A. Muhammad Mamdouh Secretary General of the Award - and Head of the NGO Development Sector, Misr Al Khair Foundation The winners are scheduled to be announced during the award's closing ceremony.
